Today I am going to be doing a fitness from home workout, and no run, because it is raining.
(I did 3 times)
Do this a few times and you’ll be wiped out!
Also I am fasting for the day, I ate breakfast, and I will drink a protein shake after my work out, but I want to drink water only after that. I hope to cleanse my system and it also takes discipline.
